D. Paul Davis

CPA, CMA – President / CEO

Paul has more than twenty five years of healthcare industry experience and has been involved with Ambulatory Surgery Centers (ASCs) since 1983. He has held diverse senior leadership roles including Senior VP of Operations, Chief Financial Officer, Managing Principal and Executive VP of Finance. Paul obtained his Bachelor’s of Science Degree in Accounting from the University of Utah.

William (Billy) Mills

Vice President, Sales & Marketing

Billy is responsible for Amblitel’s business development and sales. Prior to joining Amblitel, Billy was responsible for business development at an organizational development healthcare consulting company. He has worked in various leadership, sales, and business development capacities in the pharmaceutical, healthcare, and consulting industries for more than seventeen years. Billy holds a Bachelor’s of Science Degree from Brigham Young University.

Ann F Haden, CPC, CASCC

Director of Revenue Cycle Operations

Ann has over twenty years of healthcare experience with emphasis in insurance, compliance and front and back office management. She has held positions as diverse as Compliance Officer, Scheduling Supervisor, Surgery Coder, Lead Chart and Billing Auditor and Business Office Supervisor. She has worked in the Ambulatory Surgery Center (ASC) industry for 11 years. She is an American Academy of Professional Coders certified coder.

Barry Walters

Vice President, Accounting

Mr. Walters oversees all accounting functions at Amblitel. Before joining Amblitel, Barry participated in senior management of various healthcare and accounting service providers for over thirty years. Barry obtained his Bachelor’s of Science Degree in Accounting from Brigham Young University. He became a Certified Public Accountant while working for Deloitte & Touche LLP. Barry and his family live in the Denver area.

Stephanie T. York

CPC, CPC-H

Stephanie has over twenty five years experience in medical coding, billing, reimbursement, compliance, and in personnel and physician training. She has extensive training in medical administration, including physician practice management, skilled care facility administration, hospital and ASC billing and compliance. She has held many leadership positions within the healthcare industry including administrator, director of billing and reimbursement, and business office manager. Her experience has been in surgery centers, hospitals, physician group practices, and with an ASC management company. Currently Stephanie oversees the business office operations for Amblitel and its clients. Stephanie studied Hospital and Long Term Care Administration at New Mexico State University.
